What happens if I don’t enroll?
  • Your 2015 benefit elections will roll over to the 2016 plan year, except for FSA and HSA contributions. To contribute to an FSA or HSA in 2016, you must enroll during annual enrollment.
  • The $1,200 spousal surcharge will be automatically applied unless you certify that your spouse/domestic partner/(DP) does not have access to other employer coverage.
2017 Wellness Incentive Doubled!

Reduce your premiums for DSM medical coverage in 2017. You can start now to earn your 2017 wellness incentive and reduce your medical premiums next year by up to $1,200. Learn more
